Bar Voyage offers a thoughtfully curated mobile bar experience designed to feel effortless, elevated, and personal. Each event is customized to your guest count, menu preferences, and celebration style — with all of the essential details handled seamlessly.

Signature Mobile Bar Experience

Two Signature Beverages
$400 per hour
Includes a curated selection of two signature drinks — cocktails and/or mocktails

Three Signature Beverages
$450 per hour
Includes a curated selection of three signature drinks — cocktails and/or mocktails

Service of bottled and canned beer, wine, and simple mixed drinks are included with all options.
Three-hour minimum service required.

Alcohol is not included in pricing and is provided by the client. Bar Voyage offers optional alcohol ordering and delivery coordination to create a hands-free planning experience.
Service is available throughout Long Island. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the standard service area.
20% gratuity will be added to all bookings. Rates are based on guest count and may increase for larger events.
